1. Who we are
Go Translate — AI Translator is published by britelapps ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us any time at Support@britelapps.online.
2. What the App does
Go Translate is an iPhone application that translates text, voice, conversations, photographed text and document content across 30+ languages. The App also installs an optional system keyboard that lets you translate inside any other iOS app. Translations are processed by sending your input to our secure proxy server at britelapps.online, which forwards it to a machine-translation engine on your behalf.
3. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law permits.
- Use the App to translate or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful or designed to harass another person.
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or circumvent the rate limits or security of our servers.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the App or its translation backend.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to send requests through the App.
5. Translation accuracy
Translations are generated by automated machine-translation systems. While we work to provide accurate results, we do not guarantee that any translation is correct, complete, or appropriate for every context. You should not rely on Go Translate for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or contractual translations. Always have important content reviewed by a qualified human translator.
6. Free version, advertising and rewarded ads
The App is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that:
- An interstitial (full-screen) ad may appear after roughly every three successful translations across any mode (text, voice, conversation, camera, document), with a minimum cool-down between ads so it never spams.
- An app-open ad may appear when you bring the App back to the foreground.
- The premium AI translation models (such as GPT-4 family) are unlocked for one hour after you voluntarily watch a rewarded ad. You may decline at any time; the standard translation model remains available with no restrictions.
- Ad delivery, ad selection and any tracking permission prompt are handled by Apple (App Tracking Transparency) and Google AdMob. We do not personally identify you to either.
- The publisher may disable ads entirely at any time without an app update via our remote-config endpoint.
7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases (EULA)
Go Translate offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Unlimited Access, that unlocks premium features (camera translation, voice conversations, offline mode, unlimited text translations, and removal of ads). Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your purchase in addition to these terms.
- Subscription titles & length: Unlimited Access — Weekly (1-week period) and Unlimited Access — Yearly (1-year period).
- Free trial: the weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.
- Price: the exact price, in your local currency, is shown clearly on the purchase screen inside the App before you confirm (for example, $9.99 per week). Prices may vary by region and are set in App Store Connect.
- Billing & auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Refunds, taxes & management are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

8. Third-party services
The App relies on a small set of third-party services:
- Google Cloud Translation (or an equivalent machine-translation provider) — receives the source text via our proxy and returns the translation.
- Google AdMob — serves the interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads described in Section 6.
- Hostinger — hosts our proxy server at
britelapps.online. - Apple — provides on-device speech recognition (Speech framework), OCR (Vision framework), and offline translation (Translation framework on iOS 18+).
Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms. We never share account credentials or personal contact details with these providers.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, branding, logos and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by britelapps. You are not granted any rights in our trademarks or our software beyond the license set out in Section 3.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its server-side features if you breach these terms or use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, britelapps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, when changes are material, we'll surface a notice in the App or on this page before the new terms take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which britelapps is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
