By downloading or using TV Remote ("the App") you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is intended to control televisions that you own or are authorised to control on your own network. You agree not to use the App to access or control devices without permission.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically (weekly or monthly, as selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device Settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App supports network-controllable Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS) and Roku televisions. Features such as power-on, casting and text input depend on the TV model, its firmware and its settings; we cannot guarantee every feature on every model. Samsung, LG, Roku, Netflix, YouTube and other names belong to their respective owners; the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may terminate this license if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the App.
We may update these terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest version.
